2. Design and execute qualitative research (e.g., one-on-one interviews, focus groups) and quantitative surveys (questionnaire design, data analysis), identifying user behavior patterns and market trends.
3. Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to translate user insights into actionable product optimization recommendations and market strategies.
4. Track trends in the European and American furniture industry, analyze competitors’ product strategies, and produce regular market research reports.
5. Build and maintain a diverse and representative user database for the European and American markets, ensuring varied and representative research participants (e.g., different family structures, consumption levels, regional differences).
