ON-CALL DISPATCHER (REMOTE)

We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable On-Call Dispatcher to join our
growing HVAC service team.

Position Type: Remote
? Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
? Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST

Compensation
? Starting pay: $700/month
? Additional KPI bonus potential of up to $500/month based on performance,
responsiveness, call handling, and dispatch efficiency.

Responsibilities
? Answer incoming service and emergency calls
? Dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and availability
? Coordinate after-hours and weekend scheduling
? Communicate ETA updates and scheduling changes to customers
? Support technicians with routing and customer communication
? Maintain accurate notes and updates within dispatch software
? Handle escalated or urgent situations calmly and professionally

Requirements
? Previous dispatch experience REQUIRED
? HVAC or home service dispatch experience preferred
? Strong customer service and multitasking skills
? C1–C2 English proficiency REQUIRED
? Excellent verbal and written communication
? Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
? Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure
