Fresh Nursing Graduates and Registered Nurses Welcome

Our church nonprofit is developing nursing and healthcare related academic learning programs that may later support tutoring, guidance, healthcare education support, nonprofit training, and community based educational services.

We are selecting qualified Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduates, fresh nursing graduates, registered nurses, or applicants with strong nursing education backgrounds for paid remote pilot programs.

This opportunity is for people who genuinely enjoy studying nursing, healthcare, clinical documentation, academic writing, research, structured online learning, and academic support work.

This is not a high paying position. It is best for someone who wants to learn, review nursing and healthcare related materials, strengthen academic skills, test structured learning programs, and possibly grow into future nonprofit support work.

This is a good side opportunity for someone who loves learning, is very studious, can work independently, follows instructions carefully, and has regular access to a reliable computer.

Purpose of the Initiative

This nonprofit initiative is designed to help us test, evaluate, and improve nursing and healthcare related academic learning programs before they are used more broadly.

We are also exploring future Clinical Documentation Improvement awareness and training pathways.

Clinical Documentation Improvement, also called CDI, is a growing healthcare field where nurses may perform well because of their clinical background, critical thinking ability, and understanding of patient care. With additional exposure to documentation standards, healthcare records, and medical coding concepts, nurses may later grow into valuable documentation improvement roles.

Participants will:

• Study assigned nursing and healthcare related learning materials
• Complete structured academic modules
• Produce original written work and presentations
• Help evaluate program quality, clarity, difficulty, and structure
• Provide consistent progress updates
• Demonstrate reliability, discipline, and quality academic effort
• Work independently in a self paced online learning environment
• Build awareness of clinical documentation and healthcare education topics

This is a nursing program testing and learning participant role.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate
• Fresh nursing graduates may apply
• Registered Nurses are preferred but an RN license is not required
• Must have a good GPA or strong academic record
• Must provide proof of graduation
• Must provide BSN diploma, certificate of graduation, or equivalent proof
• Must provide Transcript of Records or official school transcript
• Must have strong nursing reading, writing, research, and study skills
• Must be very studious and able to learn independently
• Must be comfortable with self paced online learning
• Must be familiar with Canvas or similar online learning platforms
• Must be familiar with Turnitin or originality review systems
• Must be familiar with discussion boards and online course style learning
• Must know or be willing to follow APA academic writing format
• Must have regular access to a reliable PC or laptop
• Must have stable internet access
• Must be able to submit clean, organized, and quality nursing related academic work
• Must communicate consistently and provide progress updates

About the Program

Participants will complete structured nursing and healthcare related academic modules and submit original academic work.

Each program includes:

• 15 structured modules
• Assigned nursing and healthcare related study topics
• APA style essays
• PowerPoint presentations with speaker notes
• Proper citations and references
• Discussion board style learning activities when assigned
• Final capstone project
• Program feedback when requested

Each module requires:

• Original academic writing
• APA style formatting
• Proper citations and references
• Organized nursing and healthcare research
• Clear presentation work
• Quality writing and attention to detail

Pay and Program Structure

• Honorarium ranges from PHP 4,500 for beginners to PHP 7,000 after passing the first stage per completed program
• Final honorarium may depend on the agreement, qualifications, work quality, and completion requirements
• Program length is approximately 8 weeks
• Program is self paced and competency based
• Strong applicants may finish in about 7 weeks
• Payment is based on successful completion of the required program work
• Poor quality, incomplete, copied, careless, or non original work will not be accepted

Academic Writing and Original Work Requirement

Academic writing in APA style is mandatory.

Applicants are expected to already be strong in:

• Nursing academic writing
• Healthcare research
• Organization
• Citations
• Academic formatting
• Quality academic work
• Clear written communication
• Healthcare topic analysis

All work must be original and written by the applicant.

AI generated writing is not allowed.

AI tools may only be used for limited support, such as:

• Brainstorming
• Outlining
• Grammar review
• Study support

However:

• Copying is not allowed
• Plagiarism is not allowed
• AI generated submissions are not allowed
• Careless rewriting is not allowed
• Sources must be cited properly in APA style
• Originality checks may be used through Turnitin or similar review systems
• Work must be suitable for originality review because it is genuinely original, properly cited, and written honestly
• Applicants must submit only their own original work

We are looking for applicants who are genuinely good at nursing and healthcare related academic work and can study, write, research, cite, organize, and present properly without depending on AI to do the work for them.
