Key Responsibilities:
Content Management & Strategy:
Develop, curate, and optimize content across various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices.
Oversee the content pipeline, managing editorial calendars and production workflows.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize content engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with UX/UI best practices.
Product Management & Operations:
Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, specifications, and visuals.
Conduct competitive analysis and user behavior research to enhance product positioning.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to streamline product operations.
Identify and resolve content or product-related inconsistencies using data-driven insights.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as engagement, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
Utilize Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other tracking tools to measure content effectiveness and user experience.
Develop reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in content management, product operations, or digital marketing.
Strong proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or equivalent).
Knowledge of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and UX writing.
Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, or Upgrade to see actual info).
Excellent command of English (written & verbal); additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote-first environment.
