Your Wellness, a fast-growing wellness and hormone therapy clinic based in Florida, is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to work directly with our CEO, and play an integral role in the daily operations and continued development of our practice.

We specialize in helping individuals achieve their optimal weight, hormone balance, and overall health through personalized, medically guided programs. Role: Full-Time Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time hours

Salary: Starting at $4.75/hour

Start Date: ASAP

? Your Core Responsibilities
Answering and returning patient phone calls

Managing inbound inquiries with professionalism and warmth

Scheduling appointments and handling reminders

Calling patients back and ensuring follow-through

Transcribing medical notes with accuracy and discretion

Processing patient charges and working with payment systems

Supporting CEO and medical team with back-office admin tasks

Using Go High Level (CRM/marketing platform) to manage communication, follow-ups, and basic automations

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a remote clinic setting

???? Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a VA, in a medical or wellness setting

Excellent English (spoken and written); clear, professional phone presence

Familiarity with Go High Level or willingness to learn quickly

Experience in a medical office (even remotely) strongly preferred

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Tech-savvy with solid typing speed and CRM skills

Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and be proactive

High level of discretion with confidential information
