Job Summary:
To support the acquisition of mineral rights by accurately qualifying leads and property information through non-voice channels such as
Job Description:
-Engage mineral owners through professional and persuasive written communication via
-Identify seller motivation and timeline through thoughtful and strategic questioning.
-Request and collect key documents (e.g., royalty statements, payout details) to support underwriting.
-Input accurate and thorough lead notes into the CRM to support the sales pipeline.
-Provide feedback to improve marketing strategies and outreach effectiveness.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure qualified leads meet underwriting and acquisition criteria.
-Maintain follow-up sequences and track engagement to ensure timely and consistent communication.
-Conduct follow-up calls with leads as needed to ensure timely communication and support.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in lead generation,
Experience in mineral rights, real estate, or investment industries is a plus.
Sales or customer service experience is highly preferred.
