About the Role
As a member of the exceptional developer team, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic and front end of our web applications..

Significant and demonstrable experience in generative AI code tools such as Cursor, Cline, or Aider is a must. Please be prepared to build something to demonstrate this in the interview.


Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain effective and efficient backend or frontend code.
Build high-quality, scalable, and secure backend pages using Node.js.
Build mostly component based front end pages using ReactJs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of backend services with front-end applications.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Engage in code reviews, team meetings, and project planning activities.
Shifting hours late at night your time in order to provide significant overlap with our North American team is a must.


Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of software development experience.
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with React.js
Proficiency in MongoDB and a solid understanding of NoSQL databases..
Significant and demonstrable experience in generative AI code tools such as Cursor or Github Copilot is a must
Familiarity with queue management systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate fast, efficient, and accurate development using Cursor, Client, or Aider
Strong clear English communication and teamwork skills.
