No-Code Automation Assistant (Airtable, Zapier, ClickUp, GPT) – Full-Time, Long-Term

We are looking for a dedicated full-time remote assistant who can help us set up automation workflows using no-code tools. You will work closely with our team and help us build systems that improve operations for our international clients.

???? Responsibilities:

Build and manage databases using Airtable
Set up automated workflows using Zapier or Upgrade to see actual info
Help structure project tasks inside ClickUp
Use AI agents (like ChatGPT) to generate reports and monitor workflows
Assist in integrating communication tools (Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail)
Help us document all systems and processes


???? Requirements:

Strong English (written and verbal)
Knowledge of Airtable, Zapier or Make, and ClickUp is a must
Bonus: Familiarity with ChatGPT, OpenAI, Google Sheets, Slack, and APIs
Reliable internet and full-time availability (40 hrs/week)
Willingness to learn and grow with us long-term

?25,000–?35,000/month depending on experience + performance bonuses

Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Flexible hours, but must be responsive during team check-ins
