About the Role
Urban Events Global is seeking a talented Newsletter Content Creator to craft engaging, informative, and visually appealing newsletters for our community. This role requires experience with GoHighLevel and a strong background in content creation, email marketing, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
Research, write, and design two newsletters per week that inform, engage, and promote our events, products, and services.
Incorporate featured sections such as upcoming events, videos, blogs, and highlights to keep subscribers engaged.
Craft attention-grabbing headlines, compelling copy, and visually appealing layouts that align with our brand identity.
Curate and source high-quality content:
Find engaging videos, blogs, and images to feature.
Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone, style, and brand messaging.

Campaign Execution
Verify all links, images, and text to ensure accuracy before sending.
Conduct thorough proofreading and grammar checks to maintain professionalism.
Run test emails to confirm design and functionality before distribution.
Schedule and send newsletters on time to maximize engagement.

Analytics & Optimization
Track open rates, click-through rates, and overall performance to measure effectiveness.
Identify trends and optimize content based on performance data.
Stay updated on email marketing best practices to enhance engagement.
Maintain a content library with high-performing templates and assets.

Promotion & Engagement
Collaborate with the social media team to create Instagram stories and posts promoting each newsletter.
Work with travel brands, bloggers, and influencers to feature their content (including paid collaborations).
Brainstorm and execute strategies to boost subscriber engagement and attract new readers.

Qualifications
Proven experience in email marketing, newsletter creation, and content writing.
Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for design and layout.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel and other email marketing platforms.
Experience in tracking and analyzing email campaign performance.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
