As we continue to grow, we're looking to significantly increase our content production capabilities and create even more beautiful, engaging, and high-performing videos.

We're looking for a Nails Content Creator who can consistently create short content showcasing our press-on nails while staying on top of social media trends and identifying content formats that perform exceptionally well.

THE ROLE:
As a Nails Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating video content focused on hands and nails.
You'll produce aesthetic videos showcasing our press-on nails through demonstrations, close-up footage, organic TikTok content, and lifestyle-inspired sequences.

You'll work from creative briefs provided by our team, but you'll also be expected to actively monitor trends within the nail, beauty, and social media industries, identify high-performing content formats, and regularly bring new ideas and inspiration to the table.

This role is ideal for someone creative, highly visual, passionate about social media, and naturally curious about emerging trends and viral content.

YOUR MISSIONS:

1) Content production
Film videos showcasing our press-on nails, showcasing hands and nails in a beautiful, desirable, and premium way
Create aesthetic close-up b-roll footage of products and nail applications
Create videos demonstrating product application, results, and everyday use

2) Re-creating high performing content:
Recreate viral videos and proven content formats found on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest
Adapt successful concepts to fit the brand and products
Rapidly test new content ideas and trends
Trend research & inspiration

3) Identify viral formats, concepts, and content opportunities relevant to Roxy Nails
Proactively suggest new content ideas and creative executions
Build and maintain an inspiration library to share with the team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented content creator who can independently plan, film, and deliver high-quality short-form videos on a consistent basis.

Requirements
* Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, UGC, or similar platforms.
* Strong close-up filming and product videography skills.
* Excellent visual taste and attention to detail.
* Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own filming schedule.
* Passion for social media, beauty, fashion, and emerging content trends.

Must Have
* Beautiful hands and healthy natural nails.
* Willing to keep natural nails short and free of gel polish or nail polish.
* Access to a bright filming environment with good natural lighting.

Nice to Have
* UGC or performance marketing experience.
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
