## Who we are
We build brands that help first-generation men build real wealth and break the cycle for their families. We run **multiple brands at once** — The Outcast Investor (real estate + mindset) and BrandFromFaceless (faceless online business for skilled tradesmen) — with more coming. The founder is the **Visionary** — the face, the message, the direction. We need someone to **own the Operations Function** so he can stay there.

## The role
This is **not** a "post pretty graphics" job. This is an **operator** role with a social-media-ops core. You will run the day-to-day machine across multiple brands and **own the outcomes** — not just the tasks.
You'll be the person who turns vision into execution: building systems, managing the team, and making sure the numbers move. If you've run multiple brands at once and built teams that deliver, this is for you.

## What you'll own
- **Run social media operations** across multiple brands — content calendars, scheduling, posting cadence, community management, and making sure nothing drops.
- **Manage and build the team.** We already have contractors (funnel builder, content editors, social manager). You'll coordinate them, hold them to deadlines, hire and onboard new help as we grow, and keep everyone moving toward the same goals.
- **Own the systems.** Build and maintain SOPs so the machine runs without the founder in every detail. If something breaks twice, you build a system so it never breaks a third time.
- **Own the numbers.** You'll be accountable to clear monthly KPIs — leads, sales, audience growth. You don't just do activity; you drive results and report on them.
- **Keep the trains running.** Weekly priorities, daily execution, nothing slips through the cracks. You are the calm in the chaos.

## How we work (read this carefully)
- We run on an **AI-powered operating system.** As part of the team, you'll have access to our internal AI workspace (Claude Team), where a lot of our strategy, SOPs, content systems, and planning live. You'll use it daily as your operations engine — drafting plans, building SOPs, organizing the team's work, and tracking KPIs.
- **The flow is simple:** the founder sets the vision and the priorities ? you turn those into the operational plan and execution (using the tools and AI at your disposal) ? the team executes under you. The founder stays the Visionary; you run the operation.
- **You'll have team access to the tools you need to do the job** — *not* master logins or any payment/financial credentials. We protect those, and we'll never ask you to handle them.

- You've **built and managed a team** — hired, delegated, held people accountable, delivered.
- You're **results-obsessed**, not activity-obsessed. You think in outcomes and numbers.
- You're a **systems thinker** — you document, you build repeatable processes, you don't rely on memory or heroics.
- You're **AI-forward.** You already use AI tools to move faster (or you're hungry to master them).
- You **communicate clearly and often.** No ghosting, no surprises, proactive updates.
- You can **overlap with US business hours (CST/EST)** for real-time work, and you're available **full-time.**
- You take **extreme ownership.** When something's off, you fix it and you own it.

## Compensation
- **This is a full-time, *exclusive* role.** We want you all-in on our brands — not splitting your attention across other clients. In return, **we pay a premium for the right person.**
- **Tell us the monthly rate (USD) that would let you go all-in with us and never need to look for other work.** Include one line on why that's your number. We're not looking for the cheapest — we're looking for the operator who delivers, and we'll pay to keep them.
- Pay begins **once you're fully onboarded**, with a **30-day paid proof period** — you run real operations and show you can deliver, then the full role and rate lock in.
- **Real room to grow.** As the brands grow and you prove you can run them, your role and pay grow with the results. This is a build-with-us partnership, not a task job.
