WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Research viral short-form videos across platforms (IG, TikTok, YT Shorts)

Identify winning hooks, formats, and trends in multiple niches (biz, sales, mindset, lifestyle)

Organize content ideas clearly with examples, timestamps, and frameworks

Stay ahead of trends in reels, audio, visuals, text styles, etc.

Collaborate with the content ideation team to build 30+ monthly video ideas per client

Analyze client competitors and top creators for inspiration and insights

YOU ARE:

Deep in the world of social media (you probably scroll and study like it’s a sport)

Obsessed with psychology, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling

Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and organized AF

A creative thinker who loves diving into content

Skilled with Notion, Google Sheets, or similar tools (or can learn fast)

NICE-TO-HAVES:

Experience with content repurposing, social media management, or video editing

Familiarity with Viral Finder, Vidyo.ai, or similar tools
