**Job Title: NOC Engineer**

**Location:** Remote

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Overview:**
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer to join our Managed Services Provider (MSP) team. The NOC Engineer will play a critical role in monitoring and supporting our network operations, ensuring high availability and performance for our clients.

**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and respond to alerts within the NOC environment to ensure client SLAs are met.
- Perform initial problem diagnosis and execute troubleshooting protocols to resolve iUpgrade to see actual info.
- Coordinate with IT support teams to escalate complex issues for quick resolution.
- Implement changes and upgrades to network infrastructure as directed.
- Maintain and update NOC documentation and logs accurately and in real time.
- Assist in the development and refinement of network operations procedures.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in network operations or a similar role in an IT or MSP environment.
- VMware
- Microsoft
- Cisco
- SonicWALL
- Fortinet
- Ubiquiti
- EqualLogic
- Veeam
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and associated technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, covering 24/7 operations, if required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report and escalate issues.

**Salary:**
$1800 per month to start + Bonuses
