NEMT Virtual Assistant / Dispatcher

Carevera Mobility Transport is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company based in California. We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our startup team.

Job responsibilities:
*Answer incoming calls and assist clients professionally
*Schedule and book transportation rides
*Coordinate daily trip dispatching and driver schedules
*Monitor appointments, pickups, and drop-offs
*Confirm transportation appointments with facilities and clients
*Handle data entry, trip logs, and scheduling updates
*Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks
*Communicate with drivers regarding schedules and changes
*Maintain organized records and reports
*Provide excellent customer services to clients.

Excellent in English communication
Must have at least 2-3 customer service experience and familiar with dispatching and scheduling
Must have reliable internet connection
Must be dependable, professional and compassionate
Fast learner and tech-savvy
