N8N Operator / Workflow Automation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful N8N Operator to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing workflow automations using N8N and integrating various AI tools to streamline business processes. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven automation for a growing agency.
Responsibilities
Research, identify, and implement workflow templates for social media automation and inbound call AI agents using N8N.
Develop, test, and deploy automations that connect platforms such as Telegram, ---------- , Notion, and Slack.
Set up and manage triggers, webhooks, APIs, and database integrations.
Collaborate with the team to gather requirements and iterate on workflow solutions.
Audit and refine automations to improve customer support and reporting.
Stay updated on the latest AI and automation trends, and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:
Experience with N8N or similar workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).

Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic JSON manipulation.

Ability to self-learn and leverage online resources (forums, tutorials, social media).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Must be amenable to work Arizona time
