We’re expanding fast and currently hiring for several remote positions to support our high-performance US-based mortgage company. Whether you're experienced in loan processing, underwriting, sales support, marketing, or admin assistance, we have exciting opportunities for you to grow with us — all while working from home.

Current Openings Include:

* Loan Officer Assistant / Sales Support – Help with loan scenarios, client communication, quoting, and CRM updates
* Loan Processor / Underwriting Support – Review and analyze documents, calculate income, run DU, organize loan files
* Marketing Assistant – Design flyers, assist with social media posts, create email campaigns and branded content
* General Admin Assistant – Provide internal team support, organize files, follow up on tasks, and assist with special projects


Work Details:

* Remote – International applicants welcome
* Must be available during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
* Full-time positions preferred (part-time may be considered for some roles)

Preferred Skills Across All Roles:

* Background in mortgage or financial services is highly valued
* Familiarity with loan operating systems like Calyx Point, Encompass, LendingPad, or others
* Strong English written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and professionalism
* Customer service and/or sales experience is a strong plus
* Canva or content creation tools for marketing roles
* Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced virtual environment
