JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for someone who can help me organize my day to day. Here is what that looks like.

I am a partner in a boutique construction company, a partner/realtor in a real estate company, a partner in a small construction flipping company. I also am a local event coordinator for a national non profit organization.

I currently own and operate a boutique construction company. I personally project manage up to 30 building projects at a time, some big, some small, start to finish; from first appointment walk thru, design consultation, engineering, detailed designing and product ordering, estimating, permitting, building, final walk thrus, completion, follow up, 6 month check up.
Needs: Everyday email checking and organizing tasks on the daily to do lists. Helping to manage existing client matrix, and order of importance operations.

I am the Chief Visionary Director and partner in my real estate company, consisting of 7 real estate agents. Our company is still in the new stages, perfecting our processes and procedures weekly and it is an awesome work in progress.
Needs: Everyday email checking and organizing tasks. Updating CRM systems as leads come in and help my with real estate deals as they present themselves, mostly following already set up work flows to help me stay on task and not miss things.
Creating marketing material.
(Follow up boss, Motion, google drive, Canva)

Construction Flipping company,
Needs: make sure I am sorting emails for this company specifically, and keeping records and track of all receipts, invoices and anything pertinent to projects as they arise. (Google drive, spreadsheets)

National Non Profit, (Local Coordinator Position)
Needs: Help me stay on task and create work flows for my team to be successful in our event planning, fundraising and communication.
Keep shared log up to date with national team (Google drive)

I’ve never had an assistant and would prefer someone experienced who may be able to guide me through this process and confidently lead the charge .

I’m articulate and like things clear and concise in verbiage.
