Looking for someone who can help me organize my day to day. Here is what that looks like.
I am a partner in a boutique construction company, a partner/realtor in a real estate company, a partner in a small construction flipping company. I also am a local event coordinator for a national non profit organization.
I currently own and operate a boutique construction company. I personally project manage up to 30 building projects at a time, some big, some small, start to finish; from first appointment walk thru, design consultation, engineering, detailed designing and product ordering, estimating, permitting, building, final walk thrus, completion, follow up, 6 month check up.

I am the Chief Visionary Director and partner in my real estate company, consisting of 7 real estate agents. Our company is still in the new stages, perfecting our processes and procedures weekly and it is an awesome work in progress.

I’ve never had an assistant and would prefer someone experienced who may be able to guide me through this process and confidently lead the charge .
