As we expand, we’re looking for a multi-skilled creative and growth operator to work closely with our internal team and creators. If you're versatile, hungry to grow, and love building systems that actually convert—read on.

What You'll Be Doing
???? Influencer Outreach & Client Acquisition
Conduct smart, personalized outreach on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit

Chat with inbound and cold leads to convert them into strategy calls

Join or run calls to onboard creators into our ecosystem

Handle objections confidently and build trust with potential clients

???? Content Strategy & Creative Oversight
Build simple but powerful content calendars for creators

Help direct and guide models/influencers on what to shoot

Organize and tag visual content across Google Drive or Dropbox

Sort content by use-case (free/paid/promo/etc.)

???? Platform Growth & Engagement
Grow Instagram accounts organically and with smart paid campaigns

Post, comment, and build presence on Reddit (karma + niche engagement)

Support TikTok content creation or repurposing for short-form virality

Coordinate viral collabs and influencer promo campaigns

???? Automation & Tech Systems
Set up automated messaging workflows (no coding needed)

Use tools like Zapier, Make, or ChatGPT to streamline operations

Build or maintain tracking systems via Sheets or lightweight dashboards

???? Project Management & Operations
Keep creators and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers organized with tools like ClickUp or Trello

Assist in onboarding and managing new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

Help write and refine processes and SOPs

Report on task progress and daily results

???? Brand & Visual Content Support
Design clean, eye-catching visuals for social media, stories, or pages

Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikToks, and paid clips

Polish up thumbnails or cover images to maximize clicks

? Who You Are
Comfortable working with influencers, creators, or online talent

Confident communicator who can hold a call or chat like a pro

Organized and self-directed, but loves being part of a creative team

Always thinking of ways to improve, automate, and grow

Fluent in modern content trends, Upgrade to see actual info culture, and platform algorithms

Bonus: Experience working in agencies, creator platforms, or remote startups

Hourly or project-based to start, depending on role and experience
