JOB OVERVIEW

Multi-Site Project Manager (Customer Success Expert) is responsible for understanding the customer’s expectations, and for advocating for the successful oversite of order management, production of orders, execution of operations within Service Level Agreements (SLA), inventory management of raw materials, reporting and billing. Project Managers are key representatives in 1Vision’s objective to deliver “Best in Class” service. Meeting customers’ needs through quality production and on time delivery, providing responsive internal and external communication through a “Can Do” approach will create an environment where customers will continue to view 1Vision as their partner.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
-Monitor and manage the end-to-end production and fulfillment process, ensuring that all orders are completed accurately and within program SLA.
-Monitor and manage all Manufacture On Demand (MOD) and Print On Demand (POD) production orders to be produced within program SLA.
-Escalate any production, or order issues to operations management that arise on a timely basis to maintain program SLA.
-Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
-Ensure all orders are entered correctly via API or manually if needed.
-Facilitate weekly invoicing to client specific requirements.

2.Team Coordination and Leadership:
-Work closely with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., data prep, scheduling, print operations, mailing and logistics) across all producing plants to ensure all objectives are met.
-Attend daily production meetings to monitor production of all orders.

3.Order & Inventory Management:
-Direct consolidation of orders (e.g. “ganging” of jobs) on a daily basis by producing plant location.
-Oversee inventory levels of raw materials (e.g. envelopes and stamps, etc.) to ensure the availability of materials for timely production of orders.
-Manage order tracking and ensure the accuracy of data in job costing systems.
-Address and resolve any discrepancies in completion/delivery of orders within SLA metrics.

4.Customer Satisfaction:
-Address customer inquiries and issues related to production processes.
-Facilitate reporting and accurate data information being presented to the customer.
Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, knowledge of printing and mailing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
•Strong knowledge of printing, mailing, and logistics processes.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Proficiency in project management software systems.
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with Monarch job cost system
•Experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
