Role: Multi-Function Virtual Assistant with Bookkeeping and Admin Experience in Real Estate

Role Scope
The Virtual Assistant will handle the following responsibilities in one combined role:
• Bookkeeping (data entry, reconciliations, invoicing, expense tracking)
• Administrative Support (email, scheduling, vendor follow-ups)
• Basic Graphic Design (Canva marketing materials, property listings, social media posts)
• Property Management Support (tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent
tracking)
