Multi-Channel SDR — Australian B2B Sales (Cold Call + Cold Email)

Atlantis HQ is an Australian agency selling AI receptionists to small plumbing
businesses. We're hiring our first SDR to run cold call + cold email outreach to
Aussie tradies. You'd be employee #2 and build this function alongside the founder.

What you'll do:
- 80–100 cold calls a day to Australian plumbers. We give you the list, the dialer,
and the script.
- Manage cold email replies in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Book 15–20 demos a month for the founder to close.
- Work Australian hours: Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm AEST. That's 5am–3pm Manila. Be honest
with yourself about the early start before you apply.

About us:
- Brand new agency, just launching outbound. You're the first sales hire.
- The founder is Australian, hands-on, and will train you personally on the script
and the product.
- Modern, simple stack: GoHighLevel CRM, Instantly for email, Retell for the AI
agents. You only ever work in GoHighLevel.

Pay:
- $300 USD/week base ($1,300 USD/month), paid weekly
- + $50 USD per demo that actually shows up
- + $100 USD per closed deal
- Realistic earnings at full performance: $1,800–$2,400 USD/month

What we need:
- Clear, native-level English. Aussie plumbers need to understand you straight away.
We'll check on a call.
- 2+ years B2B outbound or appointment setting, ideally for AU or US clients.
- Comfortable making 80+ dials a day. This is a phone job.
- Personality. We're calling tradies, not corporate. You need to handle a gruff
"who's this?" with a smile.
- Quiet home office, stable internet, a proper headset.
- Available 7am–5pm AEST (5am–3pm Manila).
- Open to a paid 1-week trial (50+ real calls) before we make a final offer.
