Multi-Channel E-commerce Operator

---------- is an Australian, tech-led Start-up in the E-commerce space. We are looking to hire an individual with a problem-solving mindset and a " can-do” mentality to join our growing team.

We’re looking for a high-performing Multi-Channel E-commerce Operator who doesn’t just upload products — but drives sales through better listings, speed, and optimisation.

This role sits at the core of our operation: turning inventory into revenue across multiple marketplaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Publish and manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other channels
- Optimise listings for SEO, visibility, and conversion
- Take full ownership of product data: pricing, variants, images, SKUs, barcodes
- Ensure compliance with marketplace rules (no restricted/IP risks)
- Continuously improve listings based on performance

KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
- High volume of accurate listings published daily
- Listings that rank, convert, and generate sales
- Measurable contribution to revenue growth

Who You Are
- Experienced with Amazon, eBay, Shopify (or similar platforms)
- Understand how marketplaces work (SEO, pricing, competition)
- Fast, detail-oriented, and take ownership of outcomes
- Think commercially — not just operationally

Bonus Points
- Experience with bulk uploads / feeds (CSV, integrations)
- Experience scaling listings across multiple channels
- Building analytics views and mastering Excel/google sheet
