The role

You'll own our outbound campaigns across both channels - cold email (Smartlead) and LinkedIn (Aimfox). From targeting and copy to deliverability and optimization, you build the campaigns that fill our pipeline and keep them performing. (Replies are handled by a dedicated appointment setter, so you can focus on building and improving the engine.)

What you'll do

- Plan, build, and launch outbound campaigns across cold email (Smartlead) and LinkedIn (Aimfox)
- Write and test outreach copy and message sequences
- Build, segment, and maintain targeting lists and audiences
- Manage sender accounts, domains, and deliverability (email warmup, LinkedIn account health and limits)
- A/B test and optimize based on open, reply, and connection rates
- Track campaign performance and report on what's working
- Keep campaigns running consistently and feed replies to the appointment setter

What we're looking for

- Experience running cold email (Smartlead, Instantly, or similar) and/or LinkedIn outreach (Aimfox, HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify)
- Strong outbound copywriting that gets replies
- Solid understanding of deliverability (domains, warmup, spam) and LinkedIn sending limits
- Data-driven - reads the metrics and iterates
- Organized and able to own the channel independently

Nice to have: experience in finance, capital raising, or B2B sales; running both email and LinkedIn; CRM experience.
