JOB OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for someone who thrives beyond narrow boundaries and enjoys thinking expansively. I am looking for an honest, reliable, creative, detail-oriented, highly organized assistant to help manage and support a diverse group of growing brands across different industries and creative categories within the company. One who is able to follow instructions carefully while also bringing helpful ideas to improve systems, workflows, and content.

You will be supporting multiple brands with different audiences, content styles, products, services, and goals. The right person should enjoy variety, creativity, organization, problem-solving, and helping turn ideas into clear systems and completed tasks. A candidate who can help bring structure, consistency, and efficiency while supporting a diverse group of brands with excellence.

This position will include social media support, graphic design (Canva, etc.), content creation, research, task organization, workflow management, administrative support, and helping build better systems which make the day-to-day operations easier, smoother, and more efficient.

Main Responsibilities:
Help manage and organize tasks across multiple brands under the company.

Create and maintain simple systems to make daily, weekly, and monthly tasks easier to complete.

Help organize workflows, checklists, content calendars, launch plans, files, folders, documents, and recurring tasks.

Assist with automating or simplifying repetitive tasks using tools such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Canva, scheduling tools, or other simple systems.

Create Canva graphics, flyers, templates, social media posts, mockups, and visual content.

Help write or improve captions, hashtags, short-form content, product descriptions, email drafts, and simple marketing content.

Assist with social media planning for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms as needed.

Research content ideas, trends, competitors, keywords, hashtags, product ideas, and ways to grow each brand.

Help organize and repurpose content across different platforms.

Assist with digital product support, listing drafts, mockup planning, product descriptions, and basic SEO research.

Help keep brand assets organized, including logos, colors, fonts, templates, photos, videos, captions, and content ideas.

Track assigned tasks and provide clear updates on progress.

Help the founder stay organized by keeping priorities, deadlines, ideas, and projects clearly structured.

Look for ways to make the company’s workflow simpler, cleaner, faster, and more efficient.

Skills Needed
Excellent written English.

Strong organization skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Good Canva design skills.

Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

Comfortable helping with multiple brands in different categories.

Ability to organize tasks, files, calendars, ideas, and systems.

Ability to follow instructions carefully.

Ability to communicate clearly and give updates.

Basic research skills.

Creative eye for clean, professional, and attractive designs.

Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and brand styles.

Ability to take initiative and suggest improvements.

Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.


This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who wants to grow with the company.


This role starts at $5/hour for 20 hours per week. There will be a performance review after 3–6 months, with the opportunity for a raise based on reliability, communication, quality of work, organization, creativity, initiative, and ability to help support multiple brands effectively.
