Overview
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Account Operations Manager to design, implement, and maintain a secure, compliant browser profile and account management infrastructure for business operations. This role focuses on operational efficiency, security, documentation, and platform compliance.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage secure browser profiles for approved business accounts
Configure proxy, fingerprint, and environment isolation for compliance and security testing (where permitted)
Maintain structured documentation of account ownership, access levels, and permissions
Implement access control policies and credential management best practices
Monitor account health and ensure adherence to platform Terms of Service
Coordinate with marketing, QA, or regional teams for legitimate account segmentation
Automate workflows where compliant (using approved APIs and tools)
Manage backups, audits, and account recovery procedures
Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and platform policies
Requirements
Experience with browser profile management tools (e.g., enterprise browser isolation platforms)
Understanding of proxy configuration and network segmentation
Knowledge of account security best practices (2FA, password vaults, RBAC)
Experience managing multiple client or regional accounts in a compliant way
Strong documentation and operational SOP creation skills
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA if applicable)
