This role is ideal for candidates who excel in video editing and motion graphics, with at least 2 years of experience and a strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing your expertise. You are highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing engaging and high-quality video content for multiple platforms. Candidates must be willing to work nights and occasional weekends to meet project deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing relationships with accounting firm owners and fractional CFOs.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Motion Graphics Specialist at FirmOS, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing video content through motion graphics, animation, and storytelling, ensuring brand consistency across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and long-form video content. Your responsibilities include:
- Video Editing & Assembly: Edit and refine raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with brand guidelines.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging animations and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling video concepts.
- Media Management: Organize and maintain media assets and project files efficiently.
- Multi-Platform Content Creation: Produce short-form and long-form video content tailored for LinkedIn (30-90 sec), YouTube Shorts (16-50 sec), and YouTube long-form (3-5 min).
- Quality Control & Consistency: Ensure all videos meet the brand’s visual and storytelling standards.
- Time & Project Management: Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

You're Probably a Match If You Have:

- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong storytelling abilities: Ability to craft engaging visual narratives.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Experience in creating video content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and long-form video formats.
