Motion Graphics & Graphic Designer for Long-Term Work -- After Effects, Animated Text & Titles

About the Role
I'm a Nashville-based video producer looking for a skilled motion graphics and graphic designer to build a long-term working relationship with. I produce video content for corporate conferences, events, and brand work, and I need a go-to designer who can animate text, build titles and lower thirds, and handle graphic design tasks as they come up. This is not one-off freelance work. I'm looking for someone I can send a steady stream of projects to and pay consistently, project by project.

What You'll Be Working On
My immediate project is a 30-second video with a voiceover over b-roll. I need animated on-screen text that emphasizes key moments in the voiceover, designed and animated to feel polished and intentional.

Ongoing work will include:
-Animated text and kinetic typography to support voiceovers and b-roll
-Opening titles and intro sequences
-Lower thirds for interviews
-Logo animation
-Occasional static graphic design (layouts, simple brand assets)

Requirements
-Strong, fluent written and spoken English
-Several years of professional experience (not entry-level)
-Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects
-Strong graphic design fundamentals: typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
-Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
-A reel or portfolio showing animated text and title work specifically
-Reliable communicator who flags problems early
-High-speed, reliable internet connection (please share your speed test results)

Nice to Have (Not Required)
-Ability to mock up website sections and page layouts (Figma or similar). I sometimes need help visualizing how to present an idea on my site before I build it
-Experience with brand and identity work
-Color and design sensibility for premium, corporate-feeling content

How We'll Work
-Communication via WhatsApp and email
-File and asset handoff via Google Drive
-Payment via Wise, per project, paid promptly on delivery
-I'll provide voiceover audio, b-roll, brand references, and clear direction
-You'll deliver polished, near-final work; I'll handle final integration
