Motion Graphics Animator / Storyboard Artist for eLearning Videos

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented motion graphics animator to help produce engaging animated training videos for online learning courses.
This is a long-term remote position with consistent work for the right person.

Our videos are typically 2–4 minutes long and combine:
-visual storytelling
-motion graphics
-simple character/object animation
-clean modern design
-educational communication

What You’ll Do
-Help turn scripts into visually engaging learning experiences
-Create storyboards and visual concepts from scripts
-Animate 2–4 minute eLearning/training videos
-Design motion graphics, transitions, and visual scenes
-Edit and assemble video/audio assets
-Collaborate with our team on revisions and creative direction
-Help maintain a clean, modern, professional visual style
-Manage projects and meet deadlines consistently

What We’re Looking For
-Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation work
-Experience with After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
-Ability to tell stories visually and simplify complex information
-Strong sense of timing, pacing, typography, and composition
-Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
-Attention to detail and consistency
-Reliable internet and responsiveness during work hours

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
-Experience creating educational or explainer videos
-Illustration or graphic design skills
-Basic sound design/video editing
-Experience with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender

We prefer clean modern motion graphics styles similar to:
-educational YouTube channels
-SaaS/product explainers
-corporate training animations
-documentary-style motion graphics
