Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST (Pacific Standard Time)
Wage: $2.00 ~ $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and
• Information Delivery: Efficiently and effectively communicate necessary information to clients, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful responses.
• Warm Transfers: Identify the nature of inquiries and warm transfer them to the appropriate department or tea
• Google Meet Availability: Remain on standby via Google Meet during work hours, allowing clients and tea
• Maintain Professionalism: Uphold the company’s standards of kindness and efficiency in all communications.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Meet and other communication tools.

Common Questions We Receive:
1. We provide paid training; actual work will be assigned when you learn.
We begin the hourly wage at $2.50 for the first 3 months.
**For experienced people who can do everything shown on the job application,
the starting pay is $15/hr ($2400 per month).
