JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing California-based mortgage team looking for a highly organized and friendly Virtual Assistant to help reactivate old leads, update our CRM, and schedule appointments.

This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our business expands.

Responsibilities:

Lead Reactivation
Call mortgage leads older than 30 days
Reconnect with past homebuyers and refinance inquiries
Ask qualifying questions
Identify interested borrowers
Transfer hot opportunities to our loan team

Appointment Setting
Schedule phone and Zoom appointments through Calendly
Confirm appointments
Send reminders
Follow up with prospects

CRM Management:
Update notes after every call
Organize lead statuses
Add comments
Maintain clean records

Administrative Support:
Send follow-up text messages
Maintain call logs
Track appointment metrics

Ideal Candidate:
Excellent spoken and written English
Friendly and professional phone presence
Comfortable speaking with U.S. consumers
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection
Able to work independently
Coachable and eager to learn
