Looking for someone good at building out high quality ui to build an app for my home care agency.

I need to make a mock app to show investors for my next meeting

I need someone good at the ui side of making the app and graghics for when buttons are clicked to look and feel premium.

We are basing the app off uber but for my home care agency.
