JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Mobile App Developer & Shopify Web Developer ? (High-Growth Role)

Long-Term Position · Performance-Based Growth · Serious Applicants Only
We are seeking a talented full-time Mobile App Developer who is also an experienced Website Designer & Developer — someone who can build, improve, and scale high-quality Shopify websites while also designing, developing, and launching full-stack mobile apps.

This role is for a true all-rounder: a strong coder, a full-stack developer, and someone with real design sense — not just functionality, but clean, modern, user-friendly experiences.

You will work closely with us to design, develop, and launch apps on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store using our developer accounts, while also improving and scaling our Shopify stores.

This is a long-term, high-growth role with strong performance bonuses and rapid salary increases for the right candidate to be part of a multinational team that supports you.

This role is NOT for beginners or single-skill developers
We need real experience across Shopify, full-stack web development, and mobile apps. Not just someone who is using AI
You can use AI but full experience in this feline is needed

Compensation & Growth:
Starting Salary: $500/month (based on experience and skillset)
Performance-Based Growth:
Strong bonuses for delivery, quality, and speed

Rapid growth potential to $1,000–$2,000/month as responsibilities and impact increase
No waiting months — strong performance is rewarded quickly.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
Mobile App Development
Design and develop full-stack mobile applications
Launch and manage apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Ensure clean code, strong performance, and scalable architecture
Handle updates, fixes, and performance improvements
Shopify & Web Development
Build and improve high-quality Shopify websites
Customise themes, sections, and functionality
Fix bugs, improve speed, and refine UX/UI
Ensure responsive design across all devices
Design & UX
Deliver modern, clean, user-friendly designs
Create visually appealing layouts for apps and websites
Ensure strong usability, navigation, and consistency
Align all designs with brand goals and performance objectives

1. Proven experience as a full-stack developer
2. Strong Shopify development experience (themes, customisation, optimisation)
