Mobile App Developer (React Native/Flutter)

I’m the founder of a startup building a mobile-first app that helps home inspectors generate professional reports using AI. This app is designed to outperform outdated tools like Home Inspector Pro by offering a cleaner UI, faster workflows, and smart automation.

We’re now ready to build the MVP — and you will be starting from scratch. That means you’ll be the sole developer, responsible for putting the full product together based on wireframes and a clear roadmap.

What You’ll Work On
• Build the entire app from scratch — frontend and backend
• Set up Firebase (Auth & Firestore) for user and data management
• Integrate Google Maps & Places autocomplete
• Use OpenAI’s GPT API to generate inspection reports from user inputs
• Handle photo uploads for property documentation
• Generate downloadable PDF reports from inspection data
• Turn wireframes and flows into clean, responsive frontend interfaces using React Native or Flutter
Who I’m Looking For
• You’ve built and shipped at least 2 mobile apps
• You have strong experience with:
• React Native and/or Flutter
• Firebase (Auth & DB)
• Google Maps / Places APIs
• OpenAI or other LLM APIs
• PDF generation tools
• You’re confident working independently from mockups and founder feedback
• You can communicate clearly in English
• You’re hungry to prove yourself, grow with a product, and take ownership
