Mobile App Developer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Mobile App Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) applications
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into polished, pixel-perfect interfaces
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services into mobile applications
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following established best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Stay up to date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Publish and maintain apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience on Android and/or iOS
• Proficiency in Kotlin or Java for Android development
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS development
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, Material Design, and Apple Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience with RESTful API integration, JSON parsing, and networking libraries (Retrofit, Alamofire, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, XCTest)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile DevOps practices (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics SDKs
• Experience with offline-first architecture and local data persistence (Room, CoreData, SQLite)
• Prior experience publishing and maintaining apps with 100k+ active users
• Contributions to open-source mobile projects
