Mobile App Dev Team (React Native) – Finish MVP & App Store Launch

### **Project Overview**

We have an **existing mobile application codebase** that is partially implemented. We are seeking an **experienced engineering team** to take over the repository, complete remaining work, and deliver a **production-ready MVP**.

This is a **takeover and finish** engagement. Not greenfield.

No product vision, business model, or proprietary logic will be shared publicly. Full context is provided only during interviews and under NDA.

### **What We Are Looking For**

- A **small, established engineering team (2–4 people)**
- One designated **technical lead** responsible for delivery and communication
- Proven experience shipping **mobile apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store**
- Ability to work cleanly within an existing codebase
- Clear written communication and ownership

Solo developers will not be considered unless operating under a structured delivery framework.

### **Tech Context (High-Level Only)**

- Cross-platform mobile app (React Native / Expo or equivalent)
- Backend and payments already partially integrated
- Hosted infrastructure already in place

Detailed architecture is shared only after initial qualification.

### **Scope of Work**

- Review existing repository
- Identify and complete remaining MVP gaps
- Stabilize builds
- Prepare production releases
- Deploy the app under client-owned accounts

### **MVP Acceptance (Non-Negotiable)**

The MVP is considered **complete and accepted only when**:

- The app is **approved and publicly downloadable** from the **Apple App Store (iOS)**
- The app is **approved and publicly downloadable** from the **Google Play Store (Android)**
- The app runs on real devices with **no developer tools or setup required**
- All source code, credentials, deployments, and accounts are fully transferred to the client

Anything short of this does **not** qualify as delivery.

### **Engagement & Payment Structure**

- Fixed-fee engagement
- Short **takeover audit** before full engagement
- Milestone check-ins
- Final payment released **only after MVP acceptance**

Clear agreement required before work begins.

Shortlisted teams will be asked to:

- Review the repository
- Provide a written plan to reach MVP acceptance
- Confirm timeline and responsibilities

This is used to confirm **fit and competence**
