Minor app and website changes

I need a skilled iOS developer for a small but important update to an app.
The Task:
Convert app from subscription model to one-time purchase
Remove three subscription tiers, replace with single purchase
Remove subscription validation/checking code
Same changes needed for Microsoft/Windows version
App is already built and working, just needs this pricing change
Make appearance changes to sales website.

Requirements:

Experience with iOS/Swift development
Experience with StoreKit (Apple's payment system)
Experience publishing apps to App Store
Able to start immediately
Can complete within 5-7 days
