Millwork Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Drafter/ Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans that adhere to project specifications and industry standards. This role requires proficiency in various drafting software and an understanding of system design principles. The Drafter will collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and functionality in designs.

Duties

Develop and prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and specifications.
Create 2D and 3D models for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or clients.
Utilize software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Bluebeam for drafting tasks.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference.
Skills

Proficiency in drafting software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Bluebeam, Rhinoceros 3D, SolidWorks, Sketchup.
Strong understanding of system design principles and the ability to create accurate schematics.
Experience with 2D animation techniques is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and modifications.
