JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

You will be an experienced creative graphic designer who is looking to make a strong impact working in-house for a diverse company. You will be taking responsibility for all types of marketing communications from the upkeep of an ever-growing database to the design and completion of finished artwork.
Responsibilities

• Updating and developing the company websites.
• Supporting the company social media e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc
• Creating innovative artwork for a variety of communications, material to include catalogues, E-flyers and mailouts.
• Creating artwork of the highest standard with a strong attention to detail.
• Adapting artwork based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Creating print ready artwork for use by the sales team.
• Preparing layouts, formatting text to stylesheets and preparing files for print.
• Working on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching designs, layouts, and illustrations.
• Creating, preparing, proofing, and checking print ready artwork.
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and any other key stakeholders.
• Achieving personal KPIs set, must be a self-starter
• Keeping the database cleansed and up to date.

Specific Skills and Experience

Essential
• A passion for print and digital design.
• A minimum of 3 years’ in-house design or agency experience.
• Confident working with brand guidelines.
• Skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience in video editing /animating (Premier Pro, After Effects).
• A strong, diverse portfolio.
• Great communicator with strong literacy skills
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Well organised.
• Proficient with all social media platforms.

Desirable
• Experience with Mailchimp and Hootsuite.
• Experience using Wordpress or equivalent tools
