URGENT HIRING: FULL-TIME REMOTE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

ABOUT HIROLABZ

HiroLabz is a new technology team in the Philippines building AI-powered web and mobile products. Our work involves product design, branding, marketing visuals, social media content, pitch decks, website assets, product mockups, reels, animated content, and creative materials for growing digital products.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and creative full-time Graphic Designer who can help build and maintain a strong visual identity for the company and its products.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

We are hiring a Mid-Senior Graphic Designer with 6 to 10 years of professional experience preferred.

Applicants must have strong experience in branding, digital design, social media creatives, website visuals, marketing materials, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, understand design direction quickly, and produce polished visuals with minimal supervision.

Experience creating engaging reels, animated content, and content series for social media is highly preferred.

Please do not apply if you do not have a strong portfolio showing real design work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

* Creating and maintaining company branding and visual identity.
* Designing logos, brand assets, and reusable design templates.
* Creating website visuals, landing page graphics, and product-related design assets.
* Designing social media templates for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Creating reels, short-form video content, animated visuals, and recurring content series.
* Bringing designs to life through motion graphics, animations, and engaging visual storytelling.
* Designing pitch deck visuals and presentation slides.
* Creating product screenshots, app mockups, and marketing mockups.
* Producing simple ad creatives for campaigns and promotions.
* Maintaining visual consistency across all company and product materials.
* Working with the team to turn ideas, briefs, and rough concepts into polished visual outputs.
* Managing revisions professionally and delivering designs on time.
* Organizing design files properly and preparing final assets for handoff.

NICE TO HAVE

The following are a plus:

* Experience designing for technology, SaaS, AI, or startup companies.
* Experience creating pitch decks for founders, investors, or sales teams.
* Experience with short-form video content, reels, animations, or motion graphics.
* Experience creating content series and social media campaigns.
* Experience designing UI-related visuals, product mockups, or app screenshots.
* Experience creating social media campaigns and ad creative variations.
* Strong understanding of modern design trends, storytelling, and digital branding.
* Ability to suggest creative direction, not just follow instructions.
* Experience using AI design tools to speed up creative workflows.
* Own laptop or reliable design setup for remote work.
