Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

Mindcore Technologies, a US-based technology services provider, is hiring a senior Microsoft Power Platform engineer to lead the build of a multi-system operations automation program for an enterprise healthcare client. You will own the core platform: the Dataverse data model, Power Automate flows, Azure services, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio agents, all in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

This is a hands-on build and architecture role, not a coordination role. You will work alongside Mindcore's technical leads and a dedicated integration engineer.

What you will build:
-Dataverse data model: custom tables, columns, relationships, and row-level security scoped by user role
-Power Automate cloud flows: scheduled syncs, exception detection, error handling, retries, and Teams notifications
-Azure services: Key Vault for secrets, Service Bus queues, Monitor and Log Analytics for audit logging
-SharePoint Online: communication sites, document libraries, and operational lists
-Copilot Studio agents connected to Power Automate through Direct Line
-PHI separation and HIPAA-aligned audit logging across every workflow


Required skills:
-4+ years building on Microsoft Power Platform in production
-Power Automate: complex cloud flows, premium connectors, robust error handling
-Dataverse: schema design, security roles, row-level security
-Azure: Key Vault, Service Bus, Monitor (working proficiency)
-SharePoint Online configuration
-Experience handling regulated or sensitive data (HIPAA, healthcare, finance, or equivalent)
-Fluent written and spoken English
-Daily overlap with US Eastern time


Strong pluses:
-Power BI: DAX, semantic models, row-level security (a later program phase)
-Copilot Studio or other Microsoft AI tooling
-Healthcare or homecare systems (EVV, scheduling, billing)
-Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204)
