Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong Support & Automation Specialist to help manage and optimise modern cloud-based systems for growing businesses.

This role combines hands-on technical support with workflow automation and AI agent implementation, primarily across Microsoft 365 and connected SaaS tools.

You will work closely with our team to ensure systems run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and automation opportunities are identified and implemented.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support
• Provide day-to-day technical support across Microsoft 365 environments
• Troubleshoot issues related to email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user access
• Manage user provisioning, permissions, and security policies
• Support cloud applications and integrations

Automation & Workflow Optimisation
• Design and build automations using Power Automate and Zapier
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them
• Build workflows that connect multiple SaaS systems
• Document automation processes and system workflows

AI Agent Implementation
• Configure and deploy AI agents and automation assistants
• Integrate AI workflows with Microsoft 365 tools
• Build automation solutions that assist with support, communication, or internal operations
• Test and optimise AI-driven processes

Systems & Integration Management
• Connect systems through APIs and integration tools
• Maintain integration reliability between business tools
• Monitor workflows and troubleshoot failures

Required Skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate
• Experience building automations using Zapier
• Understanding of workflow automation and SaaS integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
• Good documentation and communication skills

• Experience building or managing AI agents / automation assistants
• Experience with Copilot or AI tools within Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting cloud-based business systems
• Knowledge of SharePoint workflows and Teams integrations
• Experience with webhooks or automation logic
