Microsoft Dynamics CRM Expert (Architecture, Customisation & Automation)

I’m looking for a genuine Microsoft Dynamics CRM expert — not someone who has simply used Dynamics as a salesperson or admin, but someone who has architected, customised, and deployed bespoke Dynamics environments to suit specific business workflows.

This is a contract role to refine and expand an existing Dynamics setup. The CRM is partially established, and I have hands-on experience with it, so I know exactly what’s possible and what’s not. I need someone who can execute properly — not someone learning on the job.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing improvements that make the CRM a true operational backbone of the business.

Scope of Work
Key objectives include:
Designing and implementing Kanban-style pipeline views for client workflow management
Customising entities, fields, forms, and workflows to suit business processes
Setting up automations for email communication and process progression
Implementing booking and scheduling integrations and automations
Improving visibility, usability, and operational efficiency within the CRM
Advising on best-practice architecture and scalable CRM structure
Ensuring the system is clean, efficient, and built properly from a structural standpoint
This is not basic admin work. This is structural CRM design and implementation.
Requirements (Non-negotiable)

You must:
Have extensive experience configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365)
Have built or heavily customised Dynamics environments for businesses from a structural level
Be comfortable designing workflows, automation, pipelines, and business process flows
Understand how to tailor Dynamics to match specific operational requirements
Be able to provide examples of Dynamics CRM systems you have built or customised
Be able to recommend improvements and best practices — not just follow instructions blindly
Communicate clearly and professionally
If your experience is limited to using Dynamics as a sales CRM, this role is not suitable.
