Microsoft Access Developer (Contract or Part-Time)

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Access Developer to design and build a custom database interface for internal operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop a complete Access database with user-friendly forms, queries, and reports

Integrate Access with a MySQL server or equivalent database for live data connection and synchronization

Implement VBA automation for data entry, validation, and reporting

Create efficient workflows and secure data handling within the interface

Provide documentation and user training upon completion


Requirements:

Proven experience developing full Access applications (front-end and back-end)

Strong skills in VBA and SQL

Experience linking Access to MySQL, SQL Server, or similar data systems

Knowledge of relational database design and query optimization

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Excel or SharePoint integration

Experience linking Access data with Power BI or dashboard tools

Understanding of manufacturing, logistics, or field service work flows.

Must have portfolio examples of admin portals or dashboards.
