Microsoft 365 & Azure Specialist (Windows Server + Networking)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based) or optional onsite at our Mandaue City office
Salary: $900 – $1,300 USD/month (?50,800 – ?73,450), based on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Microsoft 365 & Azure Specialist with solid experience in Windows Server environments and networking fundamentals. This role supports our cloud infrastructure and on-prem hybrid environments for multiple clients.

You’ll work with a US-based team to manage Microsoft 365 tenants, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Intune, and Office apps, while also supporting escalated desktop/server issues and basic network configurations.

Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune
- Manage Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity sync (AD Connect)
- Support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- Troubleshoot user issues across Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops
- Handle basic to intermediate network configurations: VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, IP routing
- Monitor, document, and resolve escalated support tickets
- Assist with cloud migrations and hybrid environment maintenance

Required Skills
- 3–5 years hands-on IT experience (MSP or multi-client a plus)
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 & Azure administration
- Solid Windows Server and Active Directory skills
- Working knowledge of network fundamentals: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs
- Proficient with Windows desktop environments and support tools
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Organized, responsive, and documentation-oriented

Preferred Skills
Certifications: AZ-104, MS-100/101, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Experience with Intune, BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint
- Familiarity with firewall brands like Fortinet, Unifi, or pfSense
- Scripting (PowerShell) and RMM/PSA platform experience (e.g., Datto, NinjaOne)
