About Us
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company currently active in one market, with exciting plans to launch in two additional markets in the near future. Our team consists of four passionate and driven individuals working remotely. As we expand, we're looking for a skilled and proactive Meta/Facebook Manager to take full ownership of our Facebook ad infrastructure across all markets.

Role Purpose
As a Meta/Facebook Manager, you are responsible for managing and maintaining our Facebook advertising structure. Your primary focus is ensuring the continuity of our Facebook pages and profiles while launching and monitoring the continuity of ad campaigns. Your role is crucial in keeping our advertising operations running smoothly, as Meta/Facebook is our primary source of traffic and revenue.
This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of Facebook’s advertising policies. You will work remotely and independently while collaborating with the team to optimize performance and ensure compliance with Meta’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facebook Page & Profile Management:
o Post daily on Facebook pages to maintain page health and engagement.
o Perform weekly checks on Facebook profiles and pages to ensure availability and operational status.
o Take proactive measures to secure business continuity within the Facebook advertising ecosystem.
2. Campaign Creation & Monitoring:
o Launch daily ad campaigns based on provided guidelines and instructions.
o Experience with both CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) and ABO (Ad Set Budget Optimization) campaigns.
o Monitor the performance and status of campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization.
o Identify and resolve issues related to disapproved ads, restricted accounts, or underperforming campaigns.
o Maintain an organized and structured workflow to ensure timely campaign execution.
3. Continuous Improvement:
o Provide feedback and performance data to creative editors to help guide better-performing ad creatives and enhance overall campaign efficiency.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Stay in close communication with the supervisor and inform them of any issues that require attention.
o Contribute to a supportive, open, and transparent working environment where feedback and suggestions are welcome.
o Maintain clear and open communication within the team to align strategies and processes.

• Meta Ads Manager: Manage campaigns
• Meta Business Suite
Facebook Profiles, Pages, Pixels and Ad-accounts

Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Work Hours: Flexible, with a requirement to create campaigns daily and monitor the health status of profiles and pages on a regular frequently basis.
• Estimated Workload: Based on an average of 4 campaigns per day, workload is expected to be less than 2 hours per day initially, but this is expected to increase as the company grows.
• Payment Model:
o Payments are made every 2 weeks.

Required Skills & Experience:
1. Prior experience with Meta/Facebook advertising structure is essential.
2. Understanding of Meta/Facebook’s ad policies and best practices and how to respond to rejections or account restrictions.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow structured processes.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.
5. Ability to work independently and maintain consistent quality standards.
6. Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
7. Problem-solving skills: Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
8. Stable and fast internet connection.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in e-commerce or performance marketing.
- Know how to structure A/B tests, scaling strategies, and build lookalike/retargeting audiences.

Work expectations:
• No social media support: You are not responsible for responding to questions or complaints made via social media posts.
• No content creation: You are not responsible for social media content creation beyond the required daily posts.
• No customer interactions: You do not handle customer interactions or community management.
• No media buying: You do not change the budgets of the running campaigns.
• You are expected to strictly follow the provided guidelines and execution methods, but you are always allowed to discuss improvements.
