JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage advertising across 7 retail and eCommerce businesses in the Pet industry.

This is a part-time role with trial hours to start. For the right person, hours will increase as capability, performance and trust are proven.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of Meta advertising strategy, campaign creation, ad copy, optimisation and creative direction.

This is NOT a junior role and is NOT suitable for someone learning Meta Ads. We need someone who has successfully managed Meta advertising campaigns and can confidently strategise, execute and improve results.

Your Responsibilities
Develop Meta advertising strategies across multiple retail and eCommerce brands
Research audiences, products, competitors and the best campaign approach for each business
Create, manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns
Write high-converting ad copy tailored to each audience and product category
Analyse campaign performance and make strategic optimisation decisions
Test creatives, messaging angles, audiences and campaign structures
Provide clear direction to our creative team on the ideal assets required for campaigns, including:
Hooks and messaging angles
Video and image requirements
Ad formats and variations
Creative concepts designed to improve performance
Assess results and provide recommendations based on performance data
Provide clear reporting and communication on campaign performance and opportunities

Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for retail and/or eCommerce businesses
Demonstrated ability to strategise, create, manage and optimise Meta campaigns that generate measurable business results
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing and scaling strategies
Strong copywriting ability for Meta advertising
Ability to confidently direct a creative team on the assets needed for high-performing campaigns
Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills
Experience using Meta Pixel, Conversion API and campaign tracking tools
Must provide references from previous employers or clients

Highly Regarded
Experience with catalog ads, dynamic product ads, lead generation and retargeting campaigns
Experience working with multiple brands simultaneously
Experience working directly with designers, video editors and content creators

You have mainly completed courses but have limited real-world campaign management experience
You require heavy supervision or training
Your English communication is not strong enough for strategy discussions, copywriting and briefing creatives
You cannot provide examples of campaigns you have personally managed
