Meta Ads Specialist

We're seeking a remote Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize client advertising
campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You'll work independently while
collaborating with our team to drive meaningful results for our clients.

Our requirements for this role
? 3+ years (minimum) of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns,
specifically in a client-facing or agency environment
? Proven track record of managing ads in different sectors simultaneously
? Demonstrated success in creating, optimizing, and scaling profitable ad campaigns
across diverse industries
? Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel
implementation
? Strong client communication skills and experience in presenting campaign results
? Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and campaign structure optimization

Technical Skills:
? Advanced knowledge of Meta's advertising platforms and tools
? Experience with cross-platform tracking and attribution setup
? Strong budget management skills across multiple client accounts
? Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
