JOB OVERVIEW

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hi! I'm a US-based business owner running two digital course funnels with paid Meta ads as the primary growth channel. I'm hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Operations VA to handle the daily execution of my Meta ads — scheduling campaigns, duplicating winners, naming conventions, status monitoring, and basic account hygiene.
This is a long-term role with stable hours. I want someone who will be with me for at least 12 months, ideally longer. I am NOT looking for a project-based freelancer. I am looking for a tea ---------- mber.
The work is structured, repeatable, and well-documented. If you follow instructions carefully, communicate proactively, and check your own work before marking tasks complete — we'll work great together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Schedule new Meta ad campaigns every Tuesday evening (for Wednesday 6 AM launch) and Thursday evening (for Friday 6 AM launch)
Duplicate winning ads to new audiences as directed
Update budgets on existing campaigns per scheduled increases
Apply correct naming conventions to every campaign and ad set
Verify ad set settings before publishing (audience, budget, schedule, placements, comments settings)
Take screenshots of completed work as proof
Maintain a shared Google Sheet tracker with daily task status
Submit end-of-day update every working day by 6 PM Central Time
Monitor active campaigns for technical issues (Meta errors, rejected ads, billing flags) and flag immediately
Pull weekly performance data fro ---------- ta into the tracker
Coordinate with my media buyer on weekly launches (he provides strategy, you execute)


WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:

Strong English (written and spoken) — you'll communicate via WhatsApp and Google Docs daily
Meta Ads Manager experience (minimum 1 year hands-on work)
Comfortable in Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager
Google Sheets and Google Docs fluency
WhatsApp installed and responsive during your working hours
Reliable internet connection
Quiet workspace for occasional Zoo ---------- etings
Self-checking habit — you verify your own work before marking it done
Proactive communication — if something is blocked or unclear, you tell me BEFORE the deadline, not after


WHAT I DON'T NEED FROM YOU:

Strategy or audience recommendations (my media buyer handles this)
Creative production (I handle this separately)
Copywriting (I handle this)
Customer service or refund handling

You execute the plan. The plan comes fro ---------- and my media buyer.

TOOLS YOU'LL USE:

Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager
Google Sheets (for tracker)
Google Docs (for SOPs and notes)
WhatsApp (for daily communication)
Loom or Zoom (for occasional walkthroughs)


HOURS:

40 hours per week
Monday through Friday
Your daily working hours should overlap with Nashville, Tennessee (Central Time) for at least 2-3 hours daily so we can communicate in real time
Tuesday and Thursday evenings (your time) require focused availability for launch prep
Some flexibility on which hours, but consistency is critical


PAY:

$600 USD per month starting rate (negotiable based on experience)
Paid every week via Wise or Paypal
After successful 30-day trial: salary increase considered based on performance
13th-month bonus (Christmas) — paid in December


TRIAL TASK (REQUIRED TO APPLY):
Before I review your application, please complete this short paid task. I'll pay $15 USD to anyone who completes it correctly, even if I don't hire you.
The task: Create a sample Google Sheet with 5 tabs structured as follows:

Daily Tasks (columns: Date, Task, Done Definition, Status, Notes)
Ad Launch Schedule (columns: Week, Day, Ad Name, Audience, Budget, Build Deadline, Status)
Active Campaigns Watchlist (columns: Campaign ID, Description, Audience, Budget, ROAS, Next Action)
End-of-Day Updates (columns: Date, Completed, In Progress, Blocked, Tomorrow's Plan)
Standing Weekly Tasks (columns: Day, Time, Task, Status)

Add 2-3 example rows to each tab. Use dropdown menus for Status fields. Use conditional formatting to color-code statuses (Not Started = gray, In Progress = yellow, Blocked = red, Done = green).
Share the Google Sheet with [your email] and send me the link in your application along with a 60-second Loom video introducing yourself and walking me through how you built it.
