Meta Ads Manager for E-Commerce

We are looking for an expert Meta ads manager. Candidates should have extensive experience managing campaigns for E-Commerce businesses. Candidates should be very comfortable with all of the following:
-Setting up audiences, including retargeting
-Ideating/Designing compelling creative
-Testing offers, angles, copy, creative, and other aspects of the ads
-Building out Top of Funnel, Middle Funnel, and Bottom Funnel ads
-Setting up and troubleshooting a pixel on a Shopify website
-Analyzing sales data to determine ad performance
-Iterating and testing new ideas based on analysis of ad results
