META ADS MANAGER
Location: Remote (US Hours – 9 AM to 5 PM PST or CST)

We’re a marketing firm specializing in connecting accredited investors with private investment opportunities through social media advertising.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need a Meta Ads Manager who is a killer at running ad campaigns, setting up ad accounts, navigating Meta’s support teams, and working directly with clients. You’ll play a crucial role in campaign performance and collaborate with our team daily.

This is a client-facing role, so your presence on video calls matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ad Management
• Create, optimize, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Review ad creatives and copy for effectiveness.
• Manage the full client relationship from start to finish.
Strategy & Optimization
• Develop and execute data-driven ad strategies targeting accredited investors.
• Conduct A/B tests and optimize winning ads.
• Maximize ROI while managing ad budgets efficiently.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Share insights and recommendations with clients and the team.
Collaboration
• Work with content creators and designers to develop high-performing ad campaigns.
• Streamline processes for better efficiency.
Continuous Learning
• Stay up to date on trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience: 3+ years managing Meta Ads.
• Strong data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; client-focused and professional.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Bring fresh, engaging ideas to ad campaigns.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Sheets is a big plus.
